Someone with an imagination, some stamps and an engraver came up with these artistic renderings. I particularly like the one where he's wearing the hat.

Here's an interesting one. OHIO counter stamped with the numbers 70-37 on the left. Only thing I could think of is I know Interstate 70 goes through Ohio. With a little research I found that it does intersect 37 kinda in the middle of nowhere. Exits to Granville and Lancaster. There is no exit number 37. I wonder what the original meaning of the numbers was.

Very nice!

It is for the Ohio 70-37 Truck Stop in Hebron, Ohio. Well, close to Hebron. You had the right intersection. I-70 and S-37.
