Star counter stamp on 1953-D LWC...I'm suspicious that this is a newer counter stamp on an older coin. It has that look to it.

Here is an unknown flag. The original stamper sure stamped it at an angle. My first guess is Canada but I really have no idea...  I just took a decent close up of it and I'm pretty sure it is Canada...

Google 40/8.It was used by The Society of Forty Men and Eight Horses.During WW II French 4 wheeled box cars were used to carry 40 men or 8 Horses.Returning soldiers formed the society and used the 40/8 as a symbol .This could be a possible meaning.
