The bottom left edges of LIBERTY on your coin is not like the coppercoins 1989P-1DO-001. I couldn't find a match on CONECA (V.V.) either. You coin seems to be fresher than other examples. So it may proceed markers found on other sites.

Wilbur ya! score! That's one nice baby right there, I found one of the lesser ones and there is slight doubling or actually thickness but puny compared to yours. Yours is bonafide one of the good ones. Sheeewu got to just about check them all roll searching or a lovely like yours gets by.
