Came across this one in amongst a bunch of very nondescript, modern world coins. It has the earmarks of, if not an ancient, certainly nothing very contemporary.

My initial thought from the overall style was that it might've originated on the Indian subcontinent, but I really have no idea. Orientation of my images is also guesswork - one side looked "right" to me in a particular position, and from there I presumed medal alignment, but again I'm just throwing darts.

About 20 mm in diameter, weighs 4.64 grams.
