@MachinMachinMan
Not really, when I started collecting five months ago I didn't care about the condition of the coins, my rule was basically if you don't have it, keep it, regardless of condition.
Now that I've got every single 5, 10 and 20 cent piece though, I might go through some of those denominations when my fifty cents are done, just to get rid of the oxidisation on some of those coins, yuck!
Thanks for the album idea though, I might buy the folders from the RAM, though I'm not sure about the five and ten cents though ...

Got a $2000 bag of $2 rolls and a $500 bag of $1 bags. Here are the results. The coloured coins. The keepers. By far the obvious standout The $1 jumbo bag is all 2019 IRB coins , was hoping for a bag of 2021 MOR

Nice find with the coronation, crab eater. Is that a firefighter coin amongst them. Still haven't seen any in SEQ. Anyone else think those USA coins are the most boring coloured coins ever issued?

Thanks MMM , no firefighter coin, bad photo, it is a 2015 remembrance . Think I have noodled 1 or 2 firefighter coins only. 1st Aboriginal flag coin, and Ambulance though. No gold poppy in that lot, was after Honey Bee coins. I agree with your thoughts on the boring USA coins.

Look what I found in the 5th roll of a 16-roll 50 cent hunt: One more of these and I have an ounce of silver. I can't help but feel sorry for MachinMachinMan (now he'll never complete his hunt . Other than that, nothing much (Does anyone have any spare Mabos, '85s or incuses?) Meanwhile, some noodling of $2 coins produced these:

The past two weeks have been a very good week for me in terms of coin collecting. Got a new coin album for Christmas (actually two, the blue one pictured is for storing Aussie coins, whereas the second one is for my loose foreign coins). Noodling through fifty cent coins is getting very hard for me, so I bit the bullet and bought a Mabo for $5: And to avoid stalling when I noodle $2 coins in the future, also bought an orange rememberance from 2015: whereas noodling produced these two finds: As previously mentioned my fifty cent noodling is not progressing as much as I wanted to it to, so I gave up and moved onto the one dollar coins. Good decision. And finally, a 1970 $1 piece from New Zealand which I also got for $5. But how in the name of the noodling gods am I supposed to get the Cook Islands $1 with the case?

The 1997 you have is in a nice condition (although I can't really tell considering the quality of mobile phone pictures)
and any NCLT 50 cent is hard to find in circulation, so I think you've done a good job @ryuzaru!

I just store them in a shoe box as it doesn't matter that much what condition as long as it's dry.
I find there seem to be very few commerative coins compared to what's been released, I think the only ones that are commonly in circulation are the green donation dollars and pre 2010 commerative (expect the 1991 50c)
