If I have a holder that is really beat up like the PCGS OGH on my 1854 half dime, with a green CAC, if I have PCGS reholder it will they keep the CAC sticker? Or is there any way to fix the slab if it's badly scratched up?

Contact CAC first and let them know what you're doing. I've seen coins get cracked out and resubmitted to PCGS and the auction company was still able to get the sticker transferred. That's with the coin coming back at the same grade. But it sounds like you just want a new holder so I imagine it wouldn't be a problem.

1856 Small Date & 1856-O Dimes

A pretty 1856 Quarter:

1856 and 1856-O Quarters, a bit more worn...

An 1856-O Half Dollar, cleaned by some kid who didn't know any better (me) about 25 years ago...

A sad sack 1857 dime, probably Poor or just cull, definitely cleaned, but I bet it has a lot of history with it.
