I found this in a circulated roll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. It's a nice Rim Cud and Misaligned Die that's worth saving, at least in my book.

Cud or fold over? Your first picture looks like a fold over.
My biggest fear is that when I die my wife will sell all my coins for what I told her I paid for them.

Working on Whitman Large Cent date set album 1793-1857 (57 holes filled of 64 total) now come the "toughies" - yikes!

Hey, I thought you wore glasses!

Haha! I do wear glasses actually. I'm nearsighted, so that probably explains why I see so well up close.
