Great coin, and very unusual portrait.
It seems the long beard was in fashion around the Baltic at this time.

1563 doppelschilling from the German state of Mecklenburg-Wismar.
The date is pretty inconspicuous: the 6 and 3 are to the left and right of the bottom of St. Lawrence's robes reverse.
