Typical 68 master hub deterioration/Design (why IGWT & L are on rim) with a higher pressure strike. That caused the rim finning @ 4-5 o'clock and most likely a slight tilt on the reverse die. Hasn't had a lot of circulation or spent time rolled up( that fin would be gone). It does have some slight scratches and high point rubs, but good luster. to bad for some spotting tho on reverse, will have to put it at AU53 combined, 5/10 eye appeal.
