Just wondering the grade of it.

XF 40 with a weak strike.

When it comes to grading, the age of the coin is not a factor. It's extremely easy to find shiny red uncirculated examples of memorial cents quite easily, so unfortunately this is only worth face value.

It's XF, you can find much better ones if you search enough.

The 65-68 coins were the last to be made on the 1917 master hub. The hub was so worn all of the dies it produced were very poor. That's why these look so different.

Here's a high grade example, makes it easy to tell the problems the mint had with that old hub:
