you might check the classic section here. Ask a question there. They will probably know someone who is an expert?

Morgan dollar specialist here.

VAMWorld.com is the best place to get info. They will be changing websites soon due to wikispaces closing, but they will still be online and on a different web server by August 15.

I have a 1878 Morgan with some doubling. Just wanted to know what the experts think. I will post with photos.

Photos of 1878 doubling mostly on reverse but also some points on the obverse.

Definitely some doubling. You will need to post a full obverse and reverse image if you want to know the VAM number, however.
