New purchase,I think it is a struck through filled dies considering it has full Rim,What do you think?

That is a nice one. About 70% filled devices on the die. I'll add it to my educational files.

Nice purchase.
Not easy to find a major struck through on both sides.

Very nice purchase Chase! Out of my years CRH, I've only found a couple of Major Greasers, but they were not on both sides.
