Beem, yes that is low mintage. The high relief 2014P Kennedy proof has a mintage of 200,000 and the 2014P regular silver proof has a mintage of 221,135. These represent I believe the 4th or 5th lowest mintages of that series making them "key" coins.

Actually that's around the average sold price for a raw coin on Ebay. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nk...H_Complete=1

Give other websites also a try. eBay is not always the best or the cheapest way to buy coins. I have good luck with GC lately. Bought a 2014-W Reverse Proof Half for much less than the average price on eBay.

Dearborn, I suppose you did ok for it. I paid $21 for mine on ebay. The entire 2014 anniversary set (4 different silver coins) can be had for $80-$100.(Mintage 221,135). Your high relief proof I think is different from the ones in the anniversary set with a mintage of 200,000 The 1998s Matte Proof is "The Key" with a mintage of only 62,000
