Steve, There are only a half dozen etchings inside. They are for the main buildings at the exhibition.
The table of contents might give you an idea of what else is in there. It isn't terribly exciting but I did find the page for currency exchange for other countries. It is about Philadelphia as well, Hotels, travel info and restaurants and local historical points of interest.
The attached fold-out map in the back is a bit rough, I can't stand vintage scotch tape, but it does fold out. Some of these have blank back covers and some are embossed like mine.
Mine is in better condition than the average find, but far from perfect. I bought it mainly to include in my collection as I felt the cover on the front looked kind of cool and would display well with tickets, medals and other related ephemera.
I might volunteer to display this sort of stuff at our Coin Club Coin Show next year.
