I found this 2013 D LSC and everything I see points to a new listing. The 2 is thicker in the bends and the TY in LIBERTY shows extra thickness in the left serifs. Thoughts?

It could be a very minor one. It looks similar to the 2010 Denver LSC WDDO-001. Notice how the left arm of the "Y" is thicker than the right arm? http://doubleddie.com/846297.html

This one will probably me sent off. First one on a 2013 Denver cent I have ever seen.

I can't see any extra thickness on this one, but it may just be because of the shadows in the image. If there is a DDO there, it will certainly be too minor to be listed.
