I'm seeing some thickness on the date, especially in the right upper corner of the 0 and LIBERTY. Is this a DDO or not? Opinions please!

Actually your seeing reduction on the date. On the left side of the devices, there is Machine Doubling. On the real doubled die the devices are much larger on the center parts of the devices:
