Estonia, 1 Kroon overprint over old-type 100 marka note. After a monetary reform launched in 1924 old marka notes should be replaced with new kroon valued currency.
Exchange rate was 1 kroon to 100 mark. Due to the shortage of new currency - new bills of 5, 10 and 20 kroons were introduced only in late 1928 -Estonian Bank issued very last 100 mark notes dated 1923 with "Uks kroon" or "One kroon" overprint. These small notes were circulating till 1934 when were finally replaced with coins.

Thanks!
Does the conterfeit info on Lithuanian talonas count as true overprint?

The very first edition of talonas were printed without any counterfeit information since they were not treated as actual money.
In late 1991 Soviet roubles were still circulating in already independent Lithuania but due to hyperinflation and shortage of supply of goods,
people from other regions of so far existing USSR were coming to Lithuania to spend their roubles for local goods what again led to inflation and shortage in supplies. To deal with it and to protect local market Lithuanian government released so called "talonas", guess "coupons" would be a proper translation. These coupons were paid to local people in limited amount together with their salary in Soviet roubles. To be able to buy something from local stores, people had to pay it's value twice: in roubles and also in talonas. Next year - 1992 roubles were fully replaced with talonas, thus making them an actual money replacement, so new talonas were printed with counterfeit prevention text. Older small value talonas notes were also overprinted, though due to hyperinflation these already become useless. I'm adding a picture of original - "no text on back" 0.10 talonas note and also overprinted with conterfeit warning and mistake in conterfeit text - two times printed same text line

I don't see why not. It's interesting to point out that not overprints don't only change the denominations.

Great, thanks!
Pick (or Krause these days) lists this as Lithuania 0.10 talonas "black text at center". These are 29a - no text, 29b - proper text and 29x - with text "pagal istatyma" repeated instead of second text line "uz jo padirbinejama baudziama".

This would be considered by most as an overprint, but the overprint value is the same as the note's face value. They must have used it to make it stand out more? Its interesting anyway.......
