I think this has the right thickness on the wheat stems, as listed on Wexler's. I compared this coin to other regular stems, and this seems thicker. Thanks in advance!

What does the Wheat ears look like. The wheat ears are supposed to have extra thickness as well.

Here are the wheat ears-

Hard to tell about thickness due to circulation wear.

Easiest thing would be to look at EPU for thickness, since the lower part of the coin all looks flattened. RICA should not be that wide, so that makes me think that the wheat stems are just from the same flattening event. But yes, that is what the stems should look like, so worth looking at EPU more closely.

I'm thinking there is too much circulation thickening of the devices on your coin to ever make a positive attribution of WDDR-001. The doubling is very subtle on this die and may not be discernible in lower grades.
Here is a link to Dan's discovery coin for more details on thid die.
