A pretty common error on these coins but it was nicely rotated so I bought it for $10. Also, I haven't turned the coin for the pics I just flipped the coin to the reverse.

Good eye there, QuarterHoarder72.

These can also be found with an impressive 180 degree rotation; this, being likewise with 1864 BR Indian cents that year.

It seems that someone at the Philly Mint may have had a screw loose that year ....

I flipped it with the top of the coin going under the rest of the coin. Basically like you would any normal coin.

Those reverse rotated coins can make you think you've had to much to drink.

I like any rotated deuce that isn't at 90 or 180 which are the fairly common rotation angles, these other ones are much more interesting IMO.
