Does the country of issue have a coast anywhere on the Mediterranean Sea?

So triggersmob doesn't count the Mediterranean sea as part of the Atlantic Ocean. That is what I wanted you to clarify, Thankyou. (I wouldn't either but I know some who would)

Libya has no coins

So that leaves Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt.

Is this coin made of cupro-nickel?

Did you just contradict question 15... Said no, then yes...

Can't be Spain; that's in Europe..., except those two little regions in Africa that you mentioned, but I would count those as part of Europe...

So now Egypt remaining...
