Side note A coin could be minted at a location, but issued elsewhere, such as minted in Heaton, England, but issued in Australia...

Toby, we like to ask "issued in" not "minted in". Coins are made in several different countries, that are issued in others, as I'm sure you know.No big deal, you did knock out the commonwealth mints. The better question is

That's silly. I tried .01, nothing, has to be 0.01. What a difference. I guess for the range to work, both numbers must share decimal places. Who knew.....Thanks trig.
