Hey, Sprue.
Geographically, North America includes Central America as the southernmost part of North America (Q7 in your excellent, helpful summaries), including Belize. Belize was also British Honduras until a name change in 1973 and its full independence in 1981 (my verbose Q10). I won't be so wordy in the future as with Q10, but I think Q7 ruled out Central America before Q10.
Not that it's that important in the grander scale of things...

Spruett answered the question that was asked. Its are fault we didnt catch it. Quote: Was this coin minted in North America, where "North America" is defined as Mexico, USA, and Canada (and nothing else). "And nothing else." Seems to jump out at me. Thats on us Quote: 7. Not minted in North America They are minted in the U.K. if I'm correct. Thats why we need to stay away from the "minted in" questions

Thanks Keith. But it was known as British Honduras until independence after 1965...

Quote: They are minted in the U.K. if I'm correct. Thats why we need to stay away from the "minted in" questions Correct. Whether Central America is included in North America was irrelevant to the question. Quote: But it was known as British Honduras until independence after 1965.. Quote: I Belize you are correct, question #10 was answered incorrectly. Of course, I knew this would come up so here is a breakdown of why I answered no. You will probably call it a "technicality" or "semantics", but those things matter here. Here's the question again: Quote: Is the issuing country one that had the name of its European colonizer as part of its official name until gaining independence in years following Liverpool's sixth Football League title (despite Leeds having an identical number of total points and Chelsea wining the League Cup)? Here's a breakdown of how each condition in the question applies to my coin: Quote: Is the issuing country one that had the name of its European colonizer as part of its official name... Yes.Quote: ...until... No.Quote: ...gaining independence in years following Liverpool's sixth Football League title (despite Leeds having an identical number of total points and Chelsea wining the League Cup)? Yes.British Honduras officially became Belize before gaining independence. So, technically, my coin does not fit all of the conditions in the question because I will not just ignore that a defining word like "until" was put into the question. That's exactly why I cautioned against such questions. Trying to cheat the system and combining multiple questions into one just does not work in this game! Moving on...

Quote: BELIZE - 2011 - 2 Dollars - Elizabeth II - 30th ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE 1981-2011 Sorry, but no. Remember this? Belize Post-2011 That means after 2011... There have to be a couple more guesses out there somewhere!

There are only about two hours left for guessing and then I will reveal this trouble-making coin so we can move on. I really didn't intend on this round being so difficult and will try to pick something better. To the newer players: please don't be discouraged! I implore everyone to formulate questions carefully and keep it simple. That is, after all, the point of the game!

I was going off of when I answered the last question, but rules is rules. Here goes: The most interesting thing about this coin is that it was a recent Coinstar find. I believe it's the only coin from Belize that I own...
