yes, that's how I interpret it to.

I take it to mean that the country starts with A-M, but what it is listed under in "the list" is not. For example, England, but listed under UK.

I think we need a recap.

Edit to add: It appears that none of the possible coins are actually dated, so that helps. We may not need to narrow the range down any more.
