I know we have more questions available, but I am going to have a guess now. I wonder if you have the same coin as me. My guess is Italy 1910 20 Centesimi KM#44

My luck is rubbing off on you Steve. I'm going to pass on the gimme, I was just GM, so someone else can have it. My guess is a 1909 20 Centesimi from Italy.  .
