Quote: Very nice! Thanks, jbuck. I picked up six of these a while back. They are nice looking silver proof coins and they come in a presentation box similar to the ASE proofs.

Here's a one-ounce silver round from 1986 struck by the Liberty Mint out of Provo, Utah. It was struck to help commemorate the centennial anniversary of the dedication of the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor. Under its original ownership (1984-89), the primary products of the Liberty Mint were silver rounds for public corporations and private organizations (e.g., Free the Eagle). The obverse of the proof-like piece shown depicts a partial view of the Liberty Enlightening the World statue with a focus on Liberty's arm and hand holding her torch aloft for all to see. The round's reverse is essentially all commemorative inscriptions plus intrinsic specifications.

Here's a 2014 silver $10 commemorative coin from Canada that honors the canonization of Pope John Paul II. The coin's commemorative reverse design depicts Pope John Paul II praying over the Eucharist while celebrating Mass during his 1984 visit to Canada - he holds the Eucharist it upraised arms/hands.

Here's the 2017 America the Beautiful Quarter for Indiana. Its reverse design depicts George Rogers Clark leading his men in an attack (and eventual capture) of Fort Sackville (a British fort) during the American Revolution. The hands of the advancing men, as they grasp their guns, are clearly visible.
