The B seems to shown faint die deterioration, while I think the T took a hit at the top. Overall looks pretty normal to me.

I'd say it's an issue with Die Deterioration and well placed hits on the devices.

Note the rim on the coin. It looks like it was through a battle. I would just call it circulation damaged. Machine Doubling would affect all the devices in the same area from the same direction.
