came across this great condition 1995 LMC witha bisecting Rim to Rim die crack. Hard to image with the glare.

Is it possible for doubling to occur right at the die crack, look at the W in WE

Nice find!

I think that "doubling" is due to die damage

thanks grapecollects I appreciate the feedback, this was a nice one and I wasn't sure if even though the doubling is caused by die damage through the crack if it still should be labeled doubled W in WE.

Hey GrapeCollects that's for that, I tried but sadly I can't get good enough pictures of the entire crack all at once so it's a no go....

That sucks. You could have someone photo it for you and send you the pics.

As this die crack and struck several coins it would have widened. If you have more of the same OBW rolls, you might find another example. If this was not from an original roll, then check in your area to see if there are more in your location in circulation. (shipments are often sent to to a rolling location that rolled coins from a pallet) So you might find more examples in your area if it wasn't from the original shipment.

trust me it does suck lol grapcollects. I'm going to try again to shift lighting over the field in an attempt to get the shot when I have some time. I hear ya @coop I wish I did get this from a roll, believe it or not it came from pocket change from the store I was really impressed with the condition. I have to start learning about grading.... what would something like this grade at?

It may have been in a collection since it was found and returned to circulation perhaps by coin star, because it was not labeled or the family returned it after the collectors passing. So it maybe still mint state.
