I would think no better than something in the VF range.

Also, I must be missing something ... NGC says this date in VF is worth $265, but it sells for $25 on eBay

It is very worn and flat.

Almost no detail on Kruger, beard barely dsicernable.

Obverse, leaves are flat rim and beads joined, very flat lettering.

I would say Very Good (Just), F15 is way too high for this coin, possibly VG10 in American.
Loving Halfcrowns. British and Commonwealth coins 1750 - 1950 and anything Kiwi.
If it's round, shiny and silvery I will love it.
