Thirty minutes to the start of the auction. Still at 90k but I'm sure that's about to change. Bowl of popcorn ready.

The auction is moving fairly quickly, averaging about 1 minute per lot.

Is there a way to watch the auction that doesn't require logging in? It seems to move to the extremely uninformative "Opening bid $1" on each new lot.

It'll probably sell somewhere between 1:45 and 2:00pm Eastern Time. They seem to be posting the results pretty quickly as it's going along.

The lot before, a 1652 NE schilling, also seems to attract a lot of attention and competitive bidding. This coin is now at $150,000 whereas the Threepence is now at $110,000.

Thanks! I've tuned in now - just in time, it seems, only a dozen lots left before the big one.

Sold at 2.1 million. A bit low to be honest... but there it was.
