A bullion dealer will only offer to buy them at a small premium, that will be very close to that of any other 1 ounce bullion silver piece, less their profit margin for their re sale or melt. Limited mintage will not make much difference to them.
They prefer to deal in widely known and accepted bullion pieces. They can get a bit nervous with anything that is not well known to them, and may opt not to make an offer.
That has been my experience, anyway.
Best re sold on the bullion collectors secondary market via eBay, at a time of your choice.
