1961 D LMC RPM Trouble

So when I first saw it, it looked like an RPM as you can see the two split serifs, but when I looked at it from a different angle, it seems as if the serifs disappear.

I'm quite confused, is it just a trick of the lighting?

Definitely an RPM. I can still see the split serifs in the different angle.

Well crap, got a lot of RPMs to fish out.

It actually looks like a full on DDR to me, look at the 1s and the 6
Simply just a friendly coin dude that you can hug.

No they aren't DDOs.

It's just simply the type of hub that was used for the dies that year.

Erm...yes and no.

It is an RPM, and yes it is a WWHO, which I mentioned before. A working hub.

It being a WWHO means nothing. There were 3 working hubs that year. Every single cent is a WWHO, I just have one of the three.
