This one has die chips on Obverse & Reverse. Obv. Chip on E-LIBERTY. Rev. Chip on forehead. Crack from rim up through E of EPLURIBUS up across toe of right boot.

Assuming you aren't able to depress any of them with the tip of a wooden toothpick, then yep those are little die chips.
