Looks correct to me. Matches Copper Coins MM placement and the overprint areas very well. Not sure how many S's there are since the CC one is worn.

CONECA lists this as an S/S west, so most likely a double, not a triple.
Attribution aside this is a very nice variety! Wonderful find!
