Found this in the Bag. I was thinking I had see a 1969 S with like marks on VV. Have a look at the 1969 S DDO-002 at the 9 & 6 in the link and then have another look at the 1967, DDO YES/NO ? http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...201969-S.htm

No. It is normal. The reduction on the '1' is from a sever die polishing to remove a die clash in the past.
