A close up of LIBERTY and DATE with MINTMARK may help.

Looked at that one coop Mine has Minor Doubling not as strong as the DDO-004 also NONE of the markers. Liberty and the date not even a match.

Thanks, the mintmark location is not the same as DDO-004 either. Also the 11:00 corner of the '9' is not affected like the 004 and all other strong DDO's would be.
