Hey so about "validating addresses and HH limits" ... I just found out how buyers have worked around this. It's so silly. All they do is slightly mistype the address, and their name, but it still goes to their house properly. One would conclude, the US Mint has NOT been resolving addresses to the "canonically correct" US Postal address, and has been sending multiple items to the same address despite limits.
Specifically, all you had to do was insert a little bit of noise between the NUMBER and STREET.
1234 Noah Way => 1234 ghf Noah Way 1234 Noah Way => 1234 xvc Noah Way 1234 Noah Way => 1234 jzk Noah Way
I would also assume these sellers on eBay with 40-50 of items must have some trick for sideband ordering while everyone else sees web server error messages.

A friend of my from high school used to append "Box A, Box B, etc." to his address to track junk mail from mailing lists, sort of like how you can use "+ something" on your Gmail address to track when it is sold/traded/etc. While his intentions were mostly benign, he admitted to me some years later that he used that trick (along with variations on his name) to circumvent the one-per-house rule to get "ten albums for a penny" from Columbia house.

On my American Express card that I used for payment of my order of both silver products on the same order no longer shows the cost of the coins deducted from my available balance and my order still says processing. Is still normal since the silver sets are taking longer to be processed?

Quote: Is still normal since the silver sets are taking longer to be processed? Yes. Mine disappeared when my statement closed the month. It happened to me before when a purchase was close to my month end (for my card, the 24th).

Is still normal since the silver sets are taking longer to be processed? Perfectly normal on the credit card end. The initial charge is an authorization to ensure there's enough money on the card, then the banks give the merchants so much time to finalize the charge before the authorization falls off (usually 3-5 days). The Mint hasn't finalized the charge yet (likely because it hasn't shipped yet) so the authorization fell off.

Mine also shows processing...
This is one of the longest wait and the Mint is not answering my calls? Wait time less than 3 minutes from the automated messaging system, then I be holding for 5-10 minutes... and repeat with same results.

I finally got shipping notification for the uncirculated mint set released on Monday. Now all I wait for is this one.

Quote:Quote: paid for expedited shipping They should give you a refund Nah, shipping is shipping, not handling. Now, when Newegg charges $3 for priority 24-hour handling (not shipping!) and then still take 2-3 days to hand it over to the shipper, that's a refund.

I would say that it's unbelievable that they don't put a simple not on the website explaining why the sets have not been shipped, but this is the mint we're talking about.
