If you found that in your own diggings, congratulations! I've lived out west most of my life, so we have a lot less to digg for numismatics wise.

Obviously its heavily corroded. But I'd personally put it at a G+/VG with some detail left in the hair. The corrosion wipes out quite a bit of its value in the open market.
My hoard of '82s is up to 199! 218 BC x 1, 118 BC x 3, 18 BC x 1, 82 x 1, 182 x 1, 282 x 2, 582 x 2, 682 x 1, 782 x 2, 882 x 1, 982 x 4, 1082 x 1 1182 x 8, 1282 x 2, 1382 x 1, 1482 x 5, 1582 x 13, 1682 x 14, 1782 x 55, 1882 x 49, 1982 x 32

this is a tough one to grade due to the corrosion. on the obverse the hair detail, separation from the forehead along with rounded cheek, hair tie edges and details of the drape are all in the VF range. on the reverse you have leaf separation and good detail and separation of the bow. "ONE CENT" is quite bold whereas the edges are soft leading to a weak strike. I think this coin would be a nice VF coin without the corrosion. VF details (ED) corroded.
