North of mint looks like an extra punch. Pretty faint but raised in few area's.

I'm seeing a regular RPM,no OMM. Check the sites for a match.

Yes with those split serifs, I agree with this being an RPM. Looks like there are 113 of them on varietyvista so this was a good year for RPMs.

Thanks for looking. Yeah unbelievable how many RPM for 1960. Coppercoins show 187. There showing around 40 SD. I don't like checking which 60 I have (it's crazy). I think they should've checked the mint punchers thermos. Or don't let them go out to drink a lunch.
I was just wondering about what that north of mint was.
