That is the name of this product that I have bought and boy does it work good in my safe. Mine was bought at the Dollar Tree Store here in Canada, I did look it up on Google and it does come up if any one is interested.
It does a great job of taking the moisture out of my safe I'm now one my third one.

Silica packs (desiccants) are cheap and commonly available on eBay or Amazon.

Yes Bruce they are but I get one box for $1.25 Canadian and I think they work better than a desiccants pack and you can see when it's full of water and just throw it away.

Go to a Dollar tree store and buy 1 or 2. It looks like Damprid but would have to find out what it is made with.
John1

PS: Just looked it up on dollar tree site,it is made of CALCIUM CHLORIDE DIHYDRATE
Had to find a box I have of Damprid and it says it is made with CALCIUM CHLORIDE and I guess it is the same stuff as the dollar tree one and dollar tree costs less.

That would be one of the few places that you can't use them in. But in a safe great.

I simply use a dehumidifier. Runs almost all the time but is good for entire house.

I was at the mall downtown so I stopped at the Dollar Tree and they did not have the Moisture Eliminator 278g they are now selling the Damprid 180g for $1.25 thats a lot smaller. So I had to go by the other store to get home stopped to see what they had, they still had the Moisture Eliminator 278g for $1.25 got 12.

So if you are looking, look at the # of grams.
