This weighs 4.14 grams and has a diameter of about 16 mm.

While I am quite sure that it is a drachm of Alexander (the great), I am lookin for a more specific attribution. There appear to be a Phi to the left of the seated figure and an ME below the chair.

It's a skinny amphora to the left. Posthumous issue from Lampsakos/Lampsacus. See:
