I suspect the originality of the surfaces of this coin, but I'd like to see your photos when it comes in.

I would tentatively say EF-40 details recolored for now

the coin has XF sharpness overall. XF40 cleaned/recolored cannot be ruled out on this one.

As everyone else has said, the coloring is not natural.
