I normally pass along the things I spot on the bay just to keep peace at home but this one was cheap and it's been a white whale of mine for years. Though I now understand why. If a coin in this condition isn't at the right angle to the light then the RPM just doesn't show up.

Wow, very good eye! It's so faint in the sellers pic I might not have even spotted it. I agree it is quite a difficult variety to find. Congrats!

Yea stoneman I looked for one of those for a while. Hard to spot unless it's early die state. Nice find!

Thanks for the kind words all ! I wish that I could say this was the first time I took a stab at picking this variety from Ebay.
Rather, I know that I have a few 19-S wheats laying around that were acquired in hopes that some little flicker in a digital image was the rpm. The price of this one was what made me take a chance . I couldn't go but so wrong !
