These things are not terribly popular, and right now on ebay you can buy a lot of 8 of them for thirty bucks with free shipping. But this one was in such nice condition for the date that I tossed a six dollar bid at it and won it for $5.50. I figure a 1924-S in this condition is surely worth a five bucks and this one has the error.

Ha, have looked at many '24S's and never noticed that deformation. I don't think I can 'unsee' it now.
