1965 5 Cent Nickel, Reverse Struck Through Retained Rim Metal

Found this one that I thought was fairly interesting, At first, I just assumed it was some extra metal on the rim until I took a closer look and realized that this extra metal was struck through and you can see the denticles.

On the right, you can see where the extra metal is pulling up with a visible tear. The whole "flap" of extra metal looks like it could be pushed up but I feel it may be too delicate and is better left undisturbed.

please show images of rev and obverse rather than just close ups. Looks like a plugged collar with clash but need full images.
