Grabbed a bag of 500 20c pieces plus quite few rolls from the dispenser to give 900 coins to noodle. Only 10 1966 pieces with no wavy coins. The 2001 centenaries are always nice to get and Yes, they are harder to noodle than the 50c centenary coins. The 2004 big heads are always welcome! It's mortgage payment time so I won't be noodling any more coins 'till next pay. Total 20c coins noodled = 3800 Total no. of 1966 coins = 56
Number of wavy coins = 0

There's nothing more satisfying than finding that coin! It took me 100+ 2000 millennium 50c pieces before finding an incused and that was a multi-year slog.
Yes, that's another coin missing from my collection, as well as the 50c Millennium bulging letters variety. Still, you have to take on one battle at a time.

I got frustrated in not able to find the incused 50 cents and bought one. I found one later a couple of months later as it helped me pinpoint what I was meant to look at.
I culled out a lot of the commemoratives out recently and wasn't aware of the fat letter varieties. Good thing I looked up as I found three sitting around the whole time!

With my first pay since last mortgage payment I was able to grab a bag of 500 20c pieces and start noodling again. 6x 1966 pieces with no wavy coins. The 1954 Florin was a first as well as my first 2021 coin! My Kiwi friend made an appearance as did a 10c coin in a 20c bag. Those Armaguard coin sorters need a serious overhaul! Total 20c coins noodled = 4300 Total no. of 1966 coins = 62
Number of wavy coins = 0

Nice haul David. Good to see the 2021 coins are circulating. The florin was a bonus. :)

So sometime in 2022? Doesn't help that the traffic in Brissie is only getting worse. Twice I've missed closing time to get some coins from the machine on the way home from work.

Been a bit slow this week. Grabbed some rolls which I'm not too fond of (always get better goodies from bags). State coin always welcome otherwise nothing to write home about. Only 3 1966 pieces. Total 20c coins noodled = 4640 Total no. of 1966 coins = 65
Number of wavy coins = 0

Most recent batch of 800 coins. Some with nice lustre. Keep getting lots of the 2005 Coming Home, bit like the proverbial orifice. Looked up the mintage - 32 million. Yikes. No wonder they keep turning up. Total 20c coins noodled = 5440 Total no. of 1966 coins = 76
Number of wavy coins = 0

That Florin was a real treat, $6 - $7 worth of silver there. Imagine if it had been a 1932.
But the Kiwi coins are not that bad, they are scarce here and we never complained when we found Aussie coins in our change all the time before 2006. Especially as at some stages our dollar dropped as low as 50 Australian cents!
I have been lucky with my Aussie bulk lots I have bought in at least - 2 NCLT dollars, a 1997 10 cent piece, 3 silver 50s, a 1985 10 cent piece, 3 x 1972 5 cent coins etc.
Loving Halfcrowns. British and Commonwealth coins 1750 - 1950 and anything Kiwi. If it's round, shiny and silvery I will love it.

David, I don't think I have seen that many Centenary of Canberra 20 coins in all the time I have been looking. They seem very scarce over here.
