Back after a hiatus

Hoping you all can help with an area I am not familiar with, Proofs

Is this Kennedy a DCAM or Ultra CAM, how can you tell the difference?

For Proofs, does the MS grading work the same as for business strikes?

What would be the grade of this coin and can you help explain the deductions?

They are one in the same. PCGS uses the term Deep Cameo and NGC uses Ultra Cameo.

Yes, grading still works the same as MS, anything below 60 is considered an impaired proof.

Proofs are always tough from pics due to the reflective surfaces, and in the case the fields look pretty dark. Possibly PF 67 DCAM. Deduction for me come from the obverse hit left of the nose, a couple light hairlines NW of the nose, and a light break in the frost on the obverse around the ear and hair high points, along with the reverse shield.

Yes, proof photos can be a pain. Given the images posted, I'm thinking PF67+. Ear/hair/shield highpoints appear to have minor scuffs.

PR-67 DCAM sounds right.
