Yes, grading still works the same as MS, anything below 60 is considered an impaired proof.

Proofs are always tough from pics due to the reflective surfaces, and in the case the fields look pretty dark. Possibly PF 67 DCAM. Deduction for me come from the obverse hit left of the nose, a couple light hairlines NW of the nose, and a light break in the frost on the obverse around the ear and hair high points, along with the reverse shield.

PR-67 DCAM sounds right.
