I could not find anything on Coppercoins or Wexlers but this might be a match to Variety Vista 1947-S DDO-003 (Medium extra thickness on LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST). There are no markers listed to match up. Any feedback is appreciated.

The rpm was my first thought as well. Not sold on a DDO.

Note the date devices on this site. The digits are smaller, but I feel they die was polished and reduced the size of them.

@Coop, The MM on coppercoins 1DO-002 looks further east to me, I saw that VV DDO-003 might be closer but not sure if the same die
