VG10 / F12 as well. Reverse looks very much F12, but the obv lacks enough detail in the photo. If the real coin is sharper then F12. Otherwise, split grade here.
The LDS die state suggests that some of the lost detail may be due to die state, rather than circulation wear. IMHO, that tips the obverse to F-12. The reverse is on the F-12/F-15 bubble. The weak motto could be die state, but the neck feathers are clearly circulation, and fall just short of F-15. There's an old cleaning, but it's market acceptable.
