my first thougth is F-15, and I"ll stick with it. However; I am not going to be surprised if it hits VF20

With the detail lacking on the eagle and the obverse rim I'll stay at F15 too
EDIT: Should have factored in that ANACS graded it, wouldn't be surprised if they said a 25

Another vote for F-15. The reverse has a cleaned-retoned look but it seems minor. Most likely it straight-graded.

I think they stamped it VF-20

I'm late but I would have agreed with F-15. Love those little soap bar holders myself, especially the 6 digit serial numbers...
