1987 P Roosevelt Dime Dented Coin Reeding Help Not PMD ?

Hi
I would usually throw out as PMD, seeing the coin was hit so hard to show on the obv and rev of the coin but I looked closer and from what I can tell it was somewhere in the strike/eject process?
I ask for help on this because when looking at rev the hit point at 2 is concaved and directly in the center of the coins edge and shows both on obv and rev
BUT the hit point at 10 is only half the reeding and the reeding is neither interrupted nor dented in the hit in any way and shows only on the rev.
